I’m single – do I really need a will?
There are several good reasons why you should get a will even if you’re single. If you die intestate (without a valid will) your assets will be frozen until your family can obtain a grant of probate. This can sometimes take several months and can be costly. Having a valid will ensures your assets can be used by your loved ones quickly and easily.
Do you offer home visits?
We are happy to visit you at home. However, we’d recommend that we have a quick chat on the phone first to ensure that we’re likely to be able to assist you.
What costs will I incur?
There is no charge for an initial consultation which will last approximately 30 minutes. Following the initial consultation we will provide you with a quote for your approval.
Can you advise clients who do not speak English fluently?
A number of our advisers are multi-lingual and can offer advice to Gujarati or Hindi speakers.
